As a leading training enterprise in the region, Waldaschaff Automotive continuously adapts to the latest developments in the automotive industry. In this respect, the Company was the first employer in the district of Aschaffenburg to offer a job training as machine and system operator from 2004.
In 2011, the Company started to implement dual study courses, offering two positions for mechanical engineering studies every year in cooperation with the university of Würzburg-Schweinfurt since 2015.
The Company attaches great importance to organising practice-oriented job trainings. For instance, incoming orders and computations actually requested by customers are processed in the training. In this way, our trainees become familiar with important subject content and working processes. This primarily enhances the trainees’ identification with the Company and its products.
The training department conceives itself as a service provider for the Company’s own production and administration, and also offers in-house CNC and control system training courses.
The Company currently employs over 40 trainees including industrial-technical and commercial trainees, as well as mechanical engineering students. The targeted job qualifications are:
